Best foundation for OILY skin with FULL coverage?

I have extremely oily skin, mainly on my nose and chin.





I haven't found a foundation yet that will cover my sun spots and uneven skin, without mixing with my oily skin and causing my foundation to look patchy.





its a huge problem because i keep having to fix my makeup all the time, or else my skin looks horrible and patchy especially on my nose.





I need a foundation with FULL coverage because my skin is discolored and i have dark sunspots.





But which kind of foundation should i buy for my skin type? liquid or powder? and which foundation is the BEST for me?
