I suggest using an oil mattifying primer on your face (Clinique makes a good one) and Urban Decay Primer Potion on your lids along with a waterproof liner. I personally like Revlon Colorstay liners.
You should try oil-free makeup and a mattifying agent, like a powder. Cover Girl makes oil-free makeup called Clean Makeup that you can buy at your local drug store. It's designed for oily skin.

There are lots of makeup products for oily skin these days - making sure you buy oil-free makeup will DEFINITELY help with oil control.

Now, you can buy powder to put over top the foundation to absorb any oil you do create.
as far as oily skin you could get a mint facial mask it's great for oily skin or smashed up bananas works the same for about 10 min once or twice a week . for bananas you'd need to make a mesh mask first then apply bananas wipe residue off with warm water, otherwise the mint just goes on and then wipe it off with warm water.

you can get a waterproof liner
heeeey

here are some things you may want to try:

*try not to touch your face throughout the day

*wash twice daily, and don't go overboard. you're skin may feel oily all the time and feel like it wants to be cleansed again, but really you are just stripping it of it's natural oils if you wash it more than twice a day.

*cleanse, tone and mosturiser morning and night.

(toning is quite important as it will control your skin's pH balance)

*use an oil-free cleanser, toner and mosturiser, otherwise this will jsut add to your problem.

*have blotting paper handy, they are small pieces of filter like paper that you can carry in your bag and just dab on your oily areas without removing makeup, whenever you want,

*don't slather too much product on your face, this will just cause it to become oilier.

*choose an appropriate foundation that contains no oil and is preferably is a powder form, as liquid may just slide off your face

hope some of these help!
