It is best to cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturize twice a day. moisturize, i don't think so because yuor skin type can actually counteract with moisturizer, but if you feel you need to moisturize, do it sparingly.
Yes...and you need spf as well even if your face is oily...but don't wash it too much!!! That will stimulate the pores..
