Does evening primrose oil stop oily skin ALSO READ IF YOU DONT HAVE PROBLEM SKIN?

i have acne and i tend to get oily skin and have to put powder on every 2 mintutes!! as i top it up throught out the day , it makes my skin look funny and dry. does evening primrose oil stop skin from being oily. how long does it take to see effects?

I have the same problem, I find that a face pack, even if only once a week, really helps.


The best one Ive ever used was from lush, try to use a mud type pack though not a peel off although they do work to.


You can get big tubes of mud packs that you just put on when you need to.


Also rinse in cool water at the end of every face wash.

I don't know much about evening primrose oil so i don't know if that will work but if you wear make-up try a gel based foundation - thats less oily. Use a gel moisturiser at night - not a lotion because lotions are oil based. Maybe use a mattifying moisturiser in the morning before you leave the house or before you put on make up.
