I have read so many good reviews on this product, but I want to make sure. Is this really a good product?
If this is, can this also be used with the moisturizer? If so, which one by Cetaphil?
Oh, and one more thing, can this help get rid of acne? If not, can I use a cream by my dermatologist right after the cleansing and the moisturizing? Or should I just use the cleanser and the moisturizing only??
This cream that i'm talking about kinda does help my acne, but it does not get rid of it completely. Please I need answers!!!! Thanks you guys!!!Cetaphil Normal to Oily Skin Daily Facial Cleanser//????? help? please?
My skin is normal and I use Cetaphil Normal to Oily Sin Daily Facial Cleanser a lot. It really helps keep my skin clear. It sounds like it'd be good for yours too since it's oily and that's what the product is made for. Using a moisturizer is good because it'll keep your skin soft, but make sure it's an oil free one otherwise it'll clog your pores. It usually says on the back of the bottle/jar if it's oil free or not. I personally use Jergens, but most moisturizers work the same. For the last question, just talk to your dermatologist and ask if it's okay to use the product they recommended with Cetaphil and the moisturizer. You have to be careful not to overwash (more than 2 or 3 times a day) or then your face will break out more. Some other tips are to drink lots of water and not touch your face a lot. Hope I helped! :)Cetaphil Normal to Oily Skin Daily Facial Cleanser//????? help? please?
I use the regular one when my oily/acne prone skin gets dry. I use a moisturizer ( any oil free one) after for oily skin and dab acne medication when I get a zit. Cetaphil is a gentle cleanser which won't aggravate your skin. It is gentle and won't dry your skin out.
I'm using it now because winter dries out my cheeks and I still get acne.
I wouldnt use the ';normal to oily'; version if you've got sensitive skin. My skin is oily, sensitive, and acne prone too, and when i used this cleanser it seemed to aggravate my acne; it made my whole face feel tight and dry, which only made me more oily in the end (which probably gave me more zits). I'd recommend the gentler version, or better yet try Aveeno's Ultra Calming foaming cleanser; it's also good for acne prone skin. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and i've noticed a significant change in my skin (it really does seem to calm it), and unlike Cetiphil it doesnt leave any residue. But no cleanser's gonna get rid of your acne, so yes, you should keep using that cream from your derm. (doesnt matter if you moisturize first of not).
