Eyeliners that wouldn't smudge for oily skin?

i am a beginner that has just started learning how to put makeups. the thing that i'm struggling about now is the eyeliner part. i have tried some brands of pencil eyeliners such as wet'n'wild h2o proof and nyc. but all these brands of eyeliners don't stay but smudges and come off after i apply eyeliner a couple hours. i guess i have oily skin. i am just wondering if there's anyone could recommend me eyeliners that wouldn't smudge, and even beginners can use them easily. Eyeliners that wouldn't smudge for oily skin?

Test this out:





Apply the eyeliner, (cheap, expensive w/e!)


Grab an angular brush, and some black eyeshadow, and DAB it on the desired area.





and it'll stay on all day!

MAC makes really nice gel eyeliner that is smudge-proof. It's in a little pot, and they have sooo many colors. I love them!
