पिँपल्स आने की दो बड़ी वजह हैं।


1.असंतुलित आहार-


असंतुलित आहार का मतलब यहाँ ऑयली खाने से नही है।


असंतुलित आहार माने बेवक्त भोजन करना।

ऑयली त्वचा पर तेल की एक परत होती है,


हवा मे मौजूद धूल या मिट्टी इस तेल को चिपक जाती है, इसके विरोध मे शरीर की और से हुई प्रक्रिया को हम पिँपल्स (फुनसि) के रूप मे देखते हैं।
